Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return and or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

·       We advise you to contact us before returning any products once product(s) is in your possession.

·       All items must be return within 30 days of purchase. Once item has reached us, we will begin the refund process.

·       All garments with prints will be shipped with washing instruction to prolong the life of the material. Beeyond.me will not be responsible for any wear or tear of the material with the exception of the material being delivered damaged.

·       Defective items, including those with visible tears or printing errors, are typically eligible for return. According to industry standards, a defect is defined as any flaw that affects the item's usability or aesthetic appeal. For instance, a product with a tear that compromises its structural integrity or a printed item where the design is misaligned or faded falls under this category.

To initiate a return for a defective item, customers are generally required to follow a structured process. This process often includes the following steps:

1. **Inspection**: Upon receiving the item, customers should inspect it thoroughly for any defects. This includes checking for tears, misprints, or any other form of damage that may have occurred during manufacturing or shipping.

Personalized Items Return Policy:

·       It is important to note that not all items are eligible for return. For example, custom products or personalized items may have different return policies. Customers should familiarize themselves with these policies to avoid any misunderstandings.

 

·       Personalized items, including custom products, are unique in nature and often tailored specifically to the customer's specifications. As such, the return policy for these items differs significantly from standard merchandise. It is essential to understand the implications of purchasing personalized products before finalizing an order.

 

Typically, personalized items are considered final sale. This means that once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are exceptional circumstances. For instance, if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item is sent, customers may be eligible for a return. In such cases, it is crucial to inspect the order immediately upon receipt and contact the merchant promptly to address the issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us for any return question at support@beeyond.me. Please allow a window of 2-3 days for instruction on return from our team.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. All custom printing are final sale unless item are damaged upon receipt. Must contact beeyond.me team immediately!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified on the refund process on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
