Artwork Display Policy:

  • Inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content is strictly prohibited.
  • Approval process required.
  • We have the right to reject any material deemed inappropriate.

Content Guidelines:

  • Ensure that the image you upload for printing adheres to beyond.me guidelines. Avoid offensive, harmful, or illegal content.

File Formats:

  • Common image formats include JPEG, PNG, TIF, and SVG.

Copyright and Attribution:

    • Respect copyright laws. If you’re using someone else’s image, ensure you have the right to do so (e.g., through licensing or fair use).
    • Provide proper attribution if required. Some images may be subject to Creative Commons licenses or other terms.

    Privacy Considerations:

    • Be cautious when sharing personal photos or sensitive information. Ensure that you’re not violating anyone’s privacy.
    • Crop or blur sensitive areas if needed.

    Proof Confirmation:

    • All custom designs created by beeyond.me per customer's request are subjected to proof confirmation prior to printing.

    Order Confirmation:

    • Please ensure that you carefully review your items, graphics, including size, color, and quantity, before proceeding to checkout to prevent any errors that can delay your order.

    Order Modification:

    •  Customers may request changes to their orders within 15 minutes during business hours (8am to 8pm USA Eastern time) of purchase by contacting customer support at support@beeyond.me. Modifications include order cancellation, address updates, quantity adjustments, size changes, and other order-related requests such as payment method updates or product substitutions (if applicable). After the 15 minute window, changes can not be made as garments or products are already processed into production. We are committed to our customer satisfaction and continuously improving our order processing to ensure you receive your creative product as quickly as possible.
